Free worldwide shipping
MehmetRugs offers free shipping to destinations supported by our store checkout, including Türkiye. No minimum order value is required for the currently configured free shipping rate. If your address is unavailable at checkout, contact us before ordering to confirm whether delivery is possible.

Packing and dispatch
All rugs are carefully packaged and sent by express shipping. Tracking information is provided after dispatch. Any dispatch estimate shown at checkout refers to preparation of the order, not the time it takes to reach you.

Delivery
Transit times vary by destination and carrier. Customs processing and other circumstances may affect delivery. For a destination-specific estimate, contact us before ordering. We do not guarantee an arrival date unless expressly agreed. This does not limit your statutory rights regarding delivery.

Delivery issues
Please provide an accurate delivery address. If a shipment is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can assist. Photos of the packaging and item can help with damage enquiries, but do not replace your statutory rights.

Returns
